Constitutional Court Denies Lisa Alexander Her Request, Referred Her To Ombudsman.
PHILIPSBURG:--- The Constitutional Court denied Lisa Alexander her request on Thursday and referred her to the Ombudsman of St. Maarten. The Court informed Alexander that they do not have the jurisdiction to deal with cases that were filed by citizens, instead only cases filed by the Ombudsman.
